  • We take care of your listing information and post them to our direct booking website as well as popular booking platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo. We have professional hosting status as well as techniques to get more eyes on your listings; creating a higher occupancy rate which can make you more money throughout the year.

  • We have a professional marketing team dedicated to getting your home rented. We utilize Facebook, Instagram, and websites to generate more interest and create a professional backing for your home that helps generate more rentals. We inform people of events in the surrounding areas and help inform them of seasonal activities.

  • We price your home competitively with other hosts in the area, but also take the extra time others may not to create dynamic pricing. This means that on top of our strategic pricing, we also stay active by providing discounts and deals during slow seasons and gaps in bookings. This creates more occupancy rates and future referrals, making your home a place previous guests return to.

  • We have a direct booking site that can provide cheaper rates for guests, but more money for our owners. Our booking site has a professional look and simplicity that draws potential renters in by ease of booking.

  • Our booking integration platform comes with an owner’s portal which makes it effective and effortless for an owner to stay up to date with the bookings on their home. The owner will have access to their home’s booking calendar and be able to block days off at their convenience.
HOSPITIUM also takes care of sales and lodging tax remittance. This helps take the stress away from the owner regarding tax laws and requirements which can be complex and tedious. This saves the owner’s time spent each year.

    Linens Servicing – Cleanings
We ensure that the home has two sets of professional grade linens that all look and feel the same. This is a desired feature for visiting guests. With two sets, it helps mitigate issues like damaged or stained linens that need to be replaced with little to no time.
We do standard post stay cleanings charged to the renter which covers cleaning costs as well as cleaning products. We also offer deep cleanings for the owners that we recommend at least twice a year, that goes above and beyond post stay cleanings for a reasonable price for the owner.

  • One of the most time-consuming parts of managing a vacation home is guest communications. We take that out of your hands, so you have more time to do what you love to do. We answer questions, address concerns, deal with organization, and offer suggestions of local activities to guests. We stay active in our response time and ensure that guests feel welcomed and heard so they will come back and rent your home for many years to come.

  • When guests damage the home, we take care of the logistics and correspondences. Guests will be charged to repair or replace what was damaged and we will get those repairs organized and addressed so you do not have to. We inspect the homes often and notify the owner if there are any standard maintenance or appliance issues they should address.
